Shelbyville Police Department

Promotions.

With the retirement of two shift supervisors the Shelbyville Police Department announces the promotion of the following employees:

Captain Jan Phillips to the rank of Major, and is in charge of Patrol Division.

Lieutenant Randy Adams to the rank of Captain, and is in charge of Bike Patrol, Training, and CID.

Sergeant Nick Worthington to the rank of Lieutenant over night shift.

Sergeant Richard Blanton to the rank of Lieutenant over night shift.

Patrolman Trey Clanton to the rank of Sergeant over night shift.

Patrolman Charles Kimbril to the rank of Sergeant over night shift.

All of the promotions should be effective on August 22, 2000.
